There are very few places where you can target giant tarpon off the beach and the only one where you do it in the company of forest elephants, buffalo and gorillas. This is the longest and wildest stretch of coastline left on the African continent, and it is hard to put into words how special and unique Sette Cama is.
For multi discipline anglers in search of big fish and an amazing experience this is one adventure you cannot miss, over the course of a week you can target the biggest Jack Crevalle, Cubera Snapper, African Threadfin and Tarpon to be found anywhere.
In the spring of 2018 Peter Gibson will be returning with a group to experience the beautiful and wild location of Sette Cama Camp on the Gabon coastline. Read his 2016 trip report here.
