For the coming season, we can offer a few dates spread across key periods in this extraordinary tarpon fishing destination.
The availability is spread out and would work for solo anglers, pairs of anglers and small groups with a bit of flexibility.
In many cases, anglers add Port Gentil onto existing travel plans—either as a short, focused fishing leg or as part of a broader Gabon trip.
It’s a simple addition logistically, and works well without needing to commit to a full exclusive week.
• Want to add a short, focused fishing window onto a broader itinerary
• Are travelling solo or as a pair and can be a bit flexible
• Don’t need to book the week exclusively—just looking for a proper shot at the fisher

Port Gentil is a tight, focused fishery. Anglers work current lines, structure, and bait, waiting for things to line up. When they do, it’s close range and things happen quickly.
Tarpon are the clear focus. Other species do show, but it’s really a fishery built around targeting tarpon properly.
