We are delighted to offer a new permit opportunity at Soul Fly Lodge in August this year. Most rods are booked but we have one boat and two rooms available.

Tide and timing – Great tidal flow this week with a new moon on August 13th. Tide gets smaller near the end of the fishing week. Great opportunity for August permit in the Berrys.
The Fishing
Only two boats on the water so half the pressure of the regular four boat programme
Head guide, Travis Sands, will lead the programme and will be with guests for around half their time on the water. There are not the usual five guides in rotation, it will just be Travis and one other Soul Fly permit guide.
Fishing day is ten hours rather than the usual eight. A more flexible fishing schedule will offer hardcore anglers the chance to take advantage of a full day.
To sum up, fewer boats, more time on the water with the strongest permit guides on the Soul Fly team.
The Cost
Single Occupancy (single room/single boat) – $17,550
Double Fish / Single Room – $9,650
Double Occupancy (shared boat/shared room)- $8,450
