We are looking forward to holding an Aardvark McLeod film evening at the Grosvenor Hotel in Stockbridge, Hampshire on 20th April. The full Aardvark McLeod team will be on hand and the evening is set to be a relaxed event where like-minded fisher-folk can chat about all things fishing both at home and abroad.
This year we will be showing three amazing films that combine incredible cinematography with some of the most spectacular fishing locations in the world:
- Fishing for arapaima, the largest freshwater fish on the planet, in the Brazilian jungle
- Fly fishing on Australia’s Ningaloo Reef, starring our very own Alex Jardine
- Fishing on Farquhar Atoll, one of the most remote of the Seychelles outer islands
The evening will start at 7.00pm for 7.30pm. The hotel bar will be open for the duration and light snacks will be provided.
Too far to travel? Why not tag on some fishing and make a day of it? We have a number of beats available close to Stockbridge so why not fish the day of the film night, the day after or both? For information on available beats and hotels please contact Olly Thompson.
