We’ll keep you up to date on these pages with all latest on how the river has been fishing over the course of the 2026 season.

Week 2 – 17th to 24th January

This week saw a typical start to the season. There was plenty of fresh fish activity in most of the pools. The river is in excellent condition for fishing, and although we had some heavy rain during the week, its structure, colour and level remain intact. The main feature of the week was the increase in the number of catches, as well as their sizes.
