Looking ahead to 2026, the Marié is set for an outstanding season. Operations will begin earlier, with the season launching in late July, which will allow fishing during prime moments as water levels stabilise and fish become increasingly concentrated.
At Kendjam, diversity once again defined the experience. From highly experienced anglers to those new to fly fishing, clear waters, visual fishing, and exceptional biodiversity reaffirmed Kendjam as one of the most complete fly fishing destinations in the Amazon. 2026 will see a continued expansion of both lodge based programmes and outcamps, offering deeper access, increased flexibility, and truly immersive experiences in one of the most powerful sections of the river.

The Pirarucu season was a challenge at times, with high water levels but these didn’t dampen the extraordinary strength of this fishery. With an expert guide team on hand to refine techniques and adapt strategies there was great success among the remarkable population of wild arapaima here. Pirarucu opens an exciting new chapter in 2026 with multiple new fishing areas identified and ready to be explored, significantly expanding the range and potential of the operation.

On the Xingu, 2025 marked the first early-season operation (May–June), delivering inspiring results. Fishing the river at the onset of the dry season revealed new areas, new species, and new dynamics. Beginning in 2026, this early-season programme becomes a permanent and strategic part of the Xingu operation.

Across all destinations, 2025 was about shared moments, remarkable fish, and lasting connections forged deep in the jungle.
Looking ahead to 2026 anglers will find the same commitment to world-class fly fishing, ethical operations developed in true partnership with Indigenous communities, exceptional comfort, and the unmatched quality of the native and professional guiding teams.
