Aardvark McLeod will be heading to Espiritu Santo Bay, one of the most exclusive fishing locations in Mexico, with a group in April 2027. The bay is one of the leading permit and Grand Slam destinations in the world. Based from the very newly built Beh Kay Lodge, the group will have access to one of the most exciting flats systems in the world.
Espiritu Santo Bay is a remote flats fishery and the least-fished of all Mexico’s entire Caribbean coast. The bay is made up of a myriad of creeks, lagoons, back bays, channels and seemingly endless flats. It remains one of the most remote and unfished saltwater fly fishing destinations in the Caribbean. It offers consistent fly fishing for permit and bonefish and can produce excellent fishing for baby tarpon, as well as giant pelagic tarpon in the late summer and autumn. Large snook can also be found here throughout the season and especially the autumn months.
